Your energy is sacred, protect it.

Before you think I’m a hippie with flowers in my hair and crystals in my bag and around my neck, I’m the opposite. I have tattoos on my skin and as much as I would love to wear flowers in my hair, the bees in Durban don’t permit it.

On a more serious note, have you ever had an experience where you have a conversation with someone and it becomes a one sided vent session where the person just goes on and on about how horrible and terrible their lives are. They go on to complain about partner, in laws, taxes and everything under the sun. After that conversation, do you even feel like going for that Starbucks you have been craving? You most likely forgot why you even went to the mall to begin with.

The venting and constant complaining that came from this person completely drained every last drop of positive energy that you had. Think about a mortal combat game. The more your opponent beats you up, the less energy your status bar has and you can’t fight back with the same power as the opponent. Weird how even in our childhood we were exposed to energy and we didn’t even know it.

Each person has their own energy field and aura. Some people have a positive aura and you can see or feel it when you are around them. They make you feel better and their presence is easy and they feel like a literal breath of fresh air. Other people have way too much negative energy because they speak negative energy over their lives and only focus on the negative aspects of life.

Imagine two cars stuck in traffic. One car has an upbeat person because even though he is exhausted, he knows there is traffic and there’s nothing he can do to change that. He waits patiently and has his radio station on to pass time. Then in the next car, the female is annoyed beyond belief that there is so much traffic and keeps poking her neck out to see if it’s moving along or stagnant. She becomes annoyed, frustrated with the wait and she takes that energy back home to her family and spreads it like seeds over soil.

Energy can not be seen. It can be felt and it’s a humanistic factor of life that many many different people have tried to explain to the masses. Not everyone believes this is the case but the evidence is clear as day - it does exist.

The moment you come into contact with positive energy and people with good energy in general, you don't feel like your body has been drained. You tend to feel fulfilled, more calm, relaxed and happier. These types of people needed to be protected and kryo preserved if possible. With the world currently, it's very difficult to find people with genuinely good energy because the world has become almost impossible to fill yourself with radiance.

We currently are in the time of darkness. Whatever religion you are from, you have to believe this considering the amount of violence and blatant disregard for human life that is being portrayed. We live in a time of severe turbulence and in a time whereby everything is in disarray. We have wars currently taking place and lives are being lost every single day due to violence of every kind.

Picture yourself with a golden light around you. It's nice and bright and warm and it's all the positive energy that you have. Someone comes up to you with a darker grey light around them (negative energy) and as they talk to you their grey light starts to infiltrate your golden light. This causes your glowing brightness to fade away and become much more dim. That is your energy being sucked from you by the other person and their negative emotions.

You can't control the next person's energy and you can't walk away from a venting friend, so what do you do? You have to protect your personal space and your glowing light because that belongs to you and you are entitled to it. I would suggest that when you are in contact with people that are energy suckers or light stealers, try to bring your positive outlook into the conversation. Rather than complaining with them, offer sound advice to make the situation better. In this way, not only are you protecting yourself, you are also soothing a friend.

Maintaining your energy and protecting your energy is highly dependent on who you choose to give your time to. That's also an important topic. You have to be tactful about who you engage with and make sure the people that are around you radiate similar energy. There are some negative Nellys out there so be very wary when you navigate a relationship with them.

Your force field is yours to be protected and nurtured. If it is compromised in any way then you are more susceptible to feeling anxious, depressed, angry as well as upset. These negative feelings sit on your shoulders for the entire day and you feel the draining in your body. You feel your shoulders becom soing heavier and your breaths starting to get quicker. You feel the anxiety from the other person and you can even become nauseated and have no appetite for food or your favourite snacks. You tend to feel flat almost like the person that stole the energy from you.

The key is to evaluate who makes you feel like a better person or just good in general. You also have to be cognizant of the people you choose to share information about your progressing actions in life. Sometimes, the envy or jealousy can affect you long after the person ended the conversation.

There is nothing more important than PEACE, and you may have all the money in the world but, peace, happiness, light and love are all significant and have no price tag. It all depends on you and what what theigmr precise intentions are. If you're vmgmtruly want the best for your mind, body and soul to re evaluate your life and who you have in your inner circle.

Till next time.
